Host voice

Pick the host voice (Australian voices first 🇦🇺). Filter by gender/accent, preview, then save it.

Brand avatars

Generate host avatars (one per outfit), then pick the active one — the pipeline animates whichever is active. Neutral, non-smiling portraits animate most naturally.

Brand logo

Upload your logo (transparent PNG works best). It's placed on every rendered video.

Host photo (fallback)

Optional: upload a real photo as the keyframe instead of a generated avatar. Saved as HOST_IMAGE_ASSET_ID (used only if no brand avatar is active).

Drafting models

Models the studio's "Draft with AI" picker offers for writing slide cards. Quick and Best (Claude) are always there. Add Together.ai models here — set TOGETHER_API_KEY in Secrets first.

Values show as you type, never shown once saved — encrypted (AES-256-GCM), never in env.
